Healthy Energy Date Balls – Only 3 Ingredients!



These date balls taste amazing and can be made in 5 minutes. You will need only 3 ingredients and no baking is required. They’re delicious, healthy, are oil-free and have no added sugar.

1 cup nuts (Almonds, walnuts or cashews)
1 cup (12-15 whole) soft pitted dates.

1/2 cup sesame seeds


1) Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
2) Continue processing for another 1 to 2 minutes, until the ingredients clump together.
3) Fill a small shallow bowl with sesame seeds. Scooped a rounded tablespoon of paste and roll into a ball using your hands. Roll ball in sesame seeds to cover and place on a plate. Repeat with remaining paste.

4)Let them chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. Room-temperature balls are also fine to eat, but will be more soft and paste-like.
