Almond milk is quite easy to make at home.
- Soak almonds for at least 12 hours in pure water. (It is very important to soak your almonds in order to neutralize the enzyme inhibitors, activate the nutrient potential, and make them easier to pulverize)
- Rinse almonds well.
- Blend several minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Strain mixture into a large bowl through a sprout bag, cheese cloth or kitchen towel.
- Put mixture back into blender with , soaked dates or honey.
